The Tinker Kitchen community presents a pop-up dining experience that celebrates the food of Venezuela!
Tinker Kitchen Founder and CEO, Dan Mills, was born and raised in Venezuela where his love of food and cooking began. There, he came to think of food as a community experience that connects family and friends. To this day, his family still celebrates holidays with traditional dishes like hallacas, pernil, and pabellon. He always has Harina P.A.N. stocked in his pantry, ready to whip up some tasty arepas at any time.
This pop-up dinner features some of his favorite dishes from home. Dan is thrilled to serve you this meal in the spectacular kitchen space that he has built!

We sincerely apologize, but we currently are not able to accomodate special dietary restrictions. Carne mechada is made of pulled beef, and the crema de apio is prepared with chicken stock. The meal is otherwise vegetarian. We definitely would like to accommodate dietary restrictions in the future, and we are working on getting better at preparing for our diner’s preferences.
