Pasta 101

Join our Founder Dan Mills for an introductory course on the skills and science behind perfect pasta. Tinkerers will make three different fresh pasta shapes, including one flavored variety and at least one extruded variety. During the class, we will cook and eat one of the pastas - the rest is going home with you! The remaining fresh pasta can be stored in the freezer and keeps for months.
