Join our Founder Dan Mills for an introductory course on how to make ice cream. Dan will go over the sweet science of what goes into a foolproof custard base, so you can return to your home kitchen and experiment with flavors. He’ll demonstrate different freezing methods, including liquid nitrogen and the Pacojet. The class will close out with an ice cream party where tinkerers will taste and compare ice creams made with different methods. You will also take home a pint. We won’t judge if you decide not to share and eat the whole thing yourself. This class is perfect for families, amateur food scientists, and anyone with a sweet tooth!
